Barbiturates are metabolized principally through the hepatic microsomal enzyme procedure, plus the metabolic solutions are excreted inside the urine, and less generally, inside the feces. Somewhere around twenty five to 50 per cent of the dose of aprobarbital or phenobarbital is removed unchanged wh
